We are looking for a “Sales Territory Executive” who will join our Adecco Istanbul Team.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferrably in consultancy environment
• Advanced level of English written and oral
• Have a driving license
• High capability to solve problems
• A self motivated, success driven, result oriented personality
• Have good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Supports Area Manager in order to identify, pursue and develop new accounts through awareness of local market, competitor activities and community growth plans.
• Surveys clients regarding perception of service. Emphasizes quality and service. Identifies opportunities for further growth of existing accounts.
• Grow the client base with a clearly defined sales action plan
• Design, develop and implement sales programs to meet the organization’s business objectives
• Develops and maintains knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting local businesses. Maintains records of competitors in the area that display their perspective shares of the market, locations, services and benefits offered.
• Supports Area Manager in order to develop and implement branch revenue and expense forecasts. Contributes to establishment of a budget and assists with the development of short and long range growth plans for the branches in the Area.
• Sets and monitors pay and bill rates based on skill categories. Ensures proper credit references are obtained and client credit limits are established according to guidelines. Ensures collection of all outstanding accounts receivable.
