We are looking for a self motivated, customer oriented and assertive Human Reasources Director who will be leading to develop and execute an integrated HR strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Proven history of developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that drive organizational success.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Experience in managing HR operations.
• Challenge-seeker, resilient, proactive, result orinted, coupled with strong communication and representational skills, able to effectively interact with different levels.

Job Description:

• To develop and execute an integrated HR strategy.
• Leading talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies, implementing innovative recruitment and engagement approaches with a focus on diversity and continuous learning.
• To foster a culture of learning and development, implementing programs for professional growth.
• Overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge HR systems to enhance operational efficiency and provide valuable insights through data-driven decision-making.
• To refine the onboarding process to effectively integrate new employees.
• To create and oversee continuous education and training programs to promote professional growth and adaptability in the workforce.
• Managing performance systems and leverage data from employee feedback and turnover analytics to inform HR strategies.
• Working with the executive management team to establish a sound plan for management succession that aligns with the company's strategy and objectives.
• Overseeing the HR budget and lead the HR team, aligning efforts with the company's objectives.
• Smoothly steering the corporate transformation agenda (processes, systems and culture).
• Coaching and empowering staff to take controlled initiatives within the delegated authorities.
