Koç University Human Resources Directorate will be hiring a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Specialist/Specialist with the following qualifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong relevant experience, or combination of education and work experience
• 2-3 years of Compensation & Benefits experience
• Experience in analyzing data
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially strong command of MS Excel is required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Innovative and assertive team player with skills to influence and communicate at all levels
• Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
• SAP HR module knowledge are preferred

JOB DESCRIBTION

• Supporting salary review process
• Analyzing total remuneration survey outputs
• Carrying out external and internal candidate offer process
• Following up all market trends in the field of Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards
• Analyses costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits programs and identifies the University`s position
• Within the approved guidelines, prepares proposals on salary changes for new hires, promotions, transfers
• Supporting the C&B activities, including base salary review and adjustments across all functions\locations
• Preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics, cost analysis, and recommendations for improvement
• HR digitalization and HRIS projects
