Qualifications

•Graduated from the relevant undergraduate department of universities, (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)

• Have at least 10 years of managerial experience in quality systems, product development and process management in the Paper or Packaging production sectors,

• Experience in SPC, FMEA knowledge and experience,

• Conducting Internal and External Supplier audits,

• Will take responsibility for the final quality of the product,

• Improve the effectiveness of control points at every stage of the production process (Input, Process, Final),

• Will be able to manage ISO certification processes, carry out process mapping, process control documents, FMEA and similar studies throughout the company. Master the input quality control and final product verification processes and direct the development of the relevant processes,

• Be able to coordinate the necessary corrective actions by periodically evaluating the company's quality indicators with the company management,

• Continuous control of different production processes with the principle of zero error, mobilization of relevant technical and operational units to solve problems that occur in production as soon as possible, monitoring and coordination of the problem solving process,

• Managing the Product Development process by working in coordination with process stakeholders

• Prepare and provide training required by the system,

• Thinking analytically, adopting planned and customer-oriented work as a principle,

• Have a good command of English,

• Will be able to reside in the Çorlu and Tekirdağ region.

Duties and responsibilities

• Ensuring quality practices and standardization in all processes,

• Ensuring intra-departmental and inter-departmental coordination in line with the given targets,

• Carrying out customer relations throughout mass production,

• Coordinating process quality studies,

• Coordinating product and raw material quality control studies,

• Carrying out entry quality activities,

• Consolidating the inputs of management review meetings and presenting the reports to senior management,

• Operating and ensuring the effectiveness of existing quality systems and fulfilling the requirements of the systems,

• Taking an active role in identifying quality problems and developing improvement suggestions,

• Ensuring the development and informing of employees in order to ensure the correct implementation and continuity of the system by employees,

• Adopting and effectively disseminating, implementing and managing the Quality Assurance methodology,

• Conducting research to improve the input and packaging materials used in production, increase their performance, find alternatives or reduce their costs,

• Creating new product / existing product development ideas by examining customer expectations and complaints,

• Effective management of the process of product development activities from product description to mass production,

• Managing development and improvement activities on all matters focused on improving product and material quality, increasing production efficiency, reducing waste, cost saving, system development,

• Taking an active role in evaluating, simplifying and improving all processes under his/her responsibility.
