MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically, MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore, we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run properly a facility. Our company develops and tests the equipment's performance and ensures its ease of operation in our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition, we have designed our organization to deliver successfully and on-time-demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally, MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 270 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities.

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with the qualilifications below:

• BS / MS degree in Marketing, Graphics Design, or related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communication & Marketing,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in trade show, event, or conference planning, coordinating,
• Minimum of 1 year, experience in Adobe InDesign and to be familiar with Canva,
• Minimum of 2 years, experience in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written,
• English editorial skills to write content for all Marketing channels,
• Organizational and problem-solving skills along with a high degree of networking skills are a must,
• The ability to work independently as a valued and contributing member of a team
• Prioritization and multitasking skills to perform the role in a timely and strategic manner
• Willing to work extra hours when necessary.

Duties:

• Annual planning, budgeting and organizing all domestic & international trade shows, events, or conferences within the industry,
• Be a lead contact for all event-related internal and external communications
• Designing, managing, and maintaining all company’s printed and digital assets (catalogs, brochures, social media contents, website articles…)
• Gathering the information needed for printed assets from related departments,
• Organizing and maintaining the company’s digital/printed assets library,
• Preparing content for a monthly newsletter,
• Organizing all promotional items management
• Paying attention to details,
• Managing and conducting marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in all sales & marketing-related areas.
