As we continue on our trajectory of growth and sustainability, we are seeking R&D Software Engineer.

• R&D Software Engineer will develop future BMS technologies with a hardworking team of engineers in a highly reciprocal and multi-functional environment. 
• The ideal individual will be proficient in this field, who has experience developing and commercializing robust battery management solutions for consumer, industrial, telecom or automotive products. 
• Be a part of a team developing new class of battery systems involving algorithms, architectures and products as we improve the utility of batteries.
• Taking an active role in prototype development, prototype assembly and testing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc /MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field
• Experience in Embedded Systems,
• Implement requirements using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow ,
• Design hardware and software systems for battery protection, charging and gauging
• Strong coding skills, preferably in C,
• Knowledgeable with communication protocols such: CAN, I2C, SPI, UART, RS etc,
• Strong understanding of battery modeling and control theory,
• Ability to independently learn new technologies, prototype and design software solutions,
• Experience with SW requirement definition and SW development process,
• Experience in innovative and creative SW product development in battery or automotive electronic domain,
• Ability to tackle problems,
• Follow full life-cycle of product development process,
• Proficiency with lab equipment (solder, oscilloscopes, electronic loads, signal generators, etc),
• Strong EE fundamentals in electronic circuit design/development with microcontroller-based embedded system,
• Familiarity with power semiconductors, microprocessors, DC-DC power supplies, and communication circuits,
• Stay up to date with technology trends and vendor roadmaps,Advanced English writing and speaking skills,
• Exceptional organization and communication skills.
