So, what responsibilities does the Business Development Specialist take on at Otokoç Otomotiv?


  • Project design, analysis and deployement experience in insurance sales related projects
  • Performing process analysis, being involved in improvement and development activities within the scope of digital transformation processes
  • Analyse trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensuring business follow-up to establish and implement flows with insurance companies, suppliers and internal business units regarding products and processes
  • Providing support with technical problems from the insurance field team and call center teams
  • Being responsible for processes such as reporting and business tracking in developing the website and tracking sales performance.
  • Implementing sales projects by following industry trends and conducting market research and analysis.


What are the Required Qualifications?


  • Bachelor’s degree in related departments (preferably master degree)
  • At least 4 years experience as Business Development Specialist in ‘’insurance’’ field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Good at written and communication skills in English
  • Self motivated with good communication skills,
  • Willingness to work with high result orientation
  • Strong in analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
