What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communication, business or a related field,
• Min. 5 years experience in digital marketing in e-commerce companies or related field,
• Ability to analyze and understand data is a must, experience on data-driven marketing strategies will be appreciated,
• Experience in performance marketing activities is a must,
• Basic understanding and sense of funnel management and funnel maiximization,
• Passionate about understanding digital customer behavior,
• Knowledge on insurance products is a plus,
• Basic knowledge on SEO optimization,
• Basic knowledge of Analytics tools,
• Advanced command in verbal and written English,
• Teamwork oriented, self-motivated, solution oriented and open minded.

How can you make an impact?

• Grow digital customer base by means of performance marketing and SEO tools,
• Work with creative and media planning agencies to perform digital marketing acitivities,
• Understand e-com sales journeys and improve on funnel conversions,
• Track perfromance through performance monitoring and analytics tools,
• Use analytical insights and A/B test tools to reach better conversions.
