• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in travel or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in a sales or operational support role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
• Preferably familiar with North American market.
• Proficient in advanced English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in using relevant software applications for record keeping and communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for travel and a customer-centric mindset.

• Prepare and organize travel documents, itineraries, and other relevant materials for clients.
